Sisters Three

It was on a beautiful summer evening that I joined these three sisters for a sweet session on the river.  Reunited for a short while, they were giddy with laughter, excitement and love.  Candee is an artist who wanted me to capture a shot so that she would be able to transfer to canvas as a painting.  They sang in sweet unison as my camera snapped away.  Their beautiful voices rose over the river and through the trees.  I felt completely blessed to witness such love between them.

Mythical Field

Summertime gave way to cousins and imagination.  For days, this group of kids found outfits, adorned them with weapons and jewelry and played.  They gave each other Greek names and researched what traits their namesakes held.  One evening, I piled them into my car and headed out to a favorite summer spot of mine.  I was in pure heaven.  The beautiful light bathed them as they frolicked away and I snapped my camera.  I just keep looking at these images and imagine them looking at them when they are older and have grown.  I hope they smile when they think of this evening and this magical time.  I am so happy to have this cemented in time forever:)
